Indoor tennis courts for Mountbatten Centre

A new indoor tennis centre is set to be built at the Mountbatten Centre, jointly paid for by our local council and the Lawn Tennis Association. This is going to be a brilliant centre, bringing a top-quality tennis facility to our city! I can’t wait to see it completed!

Council tax frozen

Very good news for everyone – yesterday, our Lib-Dem run council agreed to freeze council tax for the third year running. This means that council tax here in Portsmouth is less than all surrounding areas. As a council tax payer, I’m definitely pleased by this decision!
